A dam has 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, the vast majority of which in the luxury hotel market. Started his career at the stunning Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf and Spa, he went on onto work at independently owned properties in the Herts, Beds and Bucks area. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality and a member of the Reunion des Gastronomes.

Being a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Innholders, he has a real connection with Innholders hall as well as a passion for food and wine, he strives to give the best advice and service to our clients, to ensure that your event runs smoothly and most importantly enjoyably.
